The main "US" point - if you really pissed with boss's/company treatment, you can say "fuck this place, I'm out" and just walk away from there and never come back. Same is true for other side: you can be fired in minutes [in general].
Sure I know about it for a long time but still wonder about it. I was raised in completely different society with main thought in mind: "Stick with the job/manager/company you have". And I still trying to overwrite remnants of this to mindset of equal and fair treatment ("I. HAVE. A RIGHT. FOR ...").
And here lies some critical milestone to "positive mind" as it was called by gns_ua in one of our discussions about job stuff.
